To be an authorized affiliate of InnoMind Digital Academy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the InnoMind Digital Academy service as an affiliate. By signing up for the InnoMind Digital Academy affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Our affiliate program is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring new enrolments for our training company. Listed below are the terms and conditions associated with our affiliate program.

Payment:

Affiliates are paid a one-time referral fee for each enrolment that has happened through your unique affiliate link. A referral is counted when a unique customer first clicks on an affiliate tracking link and within 90 days completes the enrolment process to join the program.

Affiliates commission is approved instantly from date of enrolment. (For e.g. if enrolment date is 03-06-2021 the Commission Approved date would be also 03-06-2021)

Affiliate (Refer and Earn) income structure will be as below –

1 – 5 enrolments in a given month – 20% flat commission on total generated revenue

6 – 10 enrolments in a given month – 20% flat + 5% extra bonus commission on total generated revenue

11+ enrolments in a given month – 20% flat + 10% extra bonus commission on total generated revenue

Affiliate commissions are paid on 1st of every calendar month.

Affiliates payment is done through PayPal (For outside India) and IMPS (For India). You will receive the automated payout link every month when you are eligible for the affiliate commissions in your account.

Affiliates can check the status of their commission in their affiliate dashboard. (Note: For this just login to your affiliate account)

Agreement:

BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Changes:

Changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to you. You may review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at the website. InnoMind Digital Academy may change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time at InnoMind Digital Academy’s sole discretion. Posting of such changed Terms and Conditions on the site shall constitute notice of such changes to you, although InnoMind Digital Academy may choose additional types of notice. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program following notice constitutes your acceptance of all changes. If you do not agree to any such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to deactivate your account as described above.
